About me:

I am Lorraine and I am qualified  in Mat1, Mat 2, senior and pregnant woman in Set Studio (Paris).

I am passionate about helping others back to functional, beautiful and easy movement.

I find it fascinating that  Pilates can do to the body as a low impact, joint friendly physical fitness.

​Who is Pilates for?

Pilates at the novice of any age or the regular practitioner. Indeed, Pilates being a gentle practice because it is progressive

It allows you to regain flexibility, joint and muscle mobility.

My goal is to help you become aware of your posture and to ensure that the sequences are carried out correctly.

I assure you of my total involvement, I am at your side to accompany you and challenge you.

The individual course allows you not to feel alone, to master the execution of the movements and to progress.

What is the Pilates for?

Pilates is focus on breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular (shoulder blades) movement and stabilization and head and neck placement.

How?

I recommend that you begin to at least six to ten private classes if you have  never done any Pilates before.

I provide personalized attention and guidance to each client and focus on your progress.​

This is the most effective way to learn and perfect the Pilates method.

Whether it’s body shape, tone, pain, posture, or to become better at your chosen sport, I will tailor your session to suit your individual needs.

We organize together our appointment by SMS or WhatsApp

​Duration of one session is 1 hour.

​We are working with small ball, magic circle, swiss ball, elastic band or foam roller.
